Things I Did Yesterday

• Set up a shared Google Docs document for a Digital Libraries project, then sprayed words all over it.
  
• Made a metric assload1 of photocopies.
  
• Tangled with Scantron over the Amazing Disappearing Lines of Communication.
  
• Defeated the office fax machine in mortal combat. FAXALITY.

• Proctored a marine biology exam.
  
• Cleaned up my hard drive a little. Oblivion, how did you make 200+ MB of save files?
  
• Helped my parents order a MacBook Pro. Mostly, I goaded them into adding shinies. And an iPod.
  
• Watched my mother's expression as Dad remarked, "Guess I'll have to be more careful about dropping my gadgets now, huh?" She immediately ( Read more... )

Today was my last day at Okoppe. That makes me sad, so we're not going to talk about that. We're going to go through my wild ramblings regarding HBP.

• Scrubbed the sink, half the counters, and the kitchen floor (even under the fridge).
  
• Investigated the merits of squeeze-bottle pizza sauce as emergency spaghetti sauce. Diagnosis: delicious!
  
• Topped off the "leftovers" box, which I can now mail on Tuesday.
  
• Filled two more trash bags. Where is it all coming from?
